Rating Course

Navigate through clouds and the skies with precision through our Instrument Rating course. Advance your skills and become a proficient instrument rated pilot.

What is an IR?

An Instrument Rating (IR) is a big deal for most pilots after they get their private pilot certificate. It lets you fly safely in tricky weather or when visibility is low.

With an IR, you can fly and navigate using just the plane’s instruments, no need for external visual references. This is a huge step up in a pilot’s career, showing they can handle tough situations with confidence and precision.

An IR isn’t just about adding another thing to your resume. It’s about mastering the art of precise flying and always putting safety first. Having an IR means you can handle tricky situations and fly safely even when the weather isn’t cooperating.
